SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS

1 pkg. of pre-made meatballs (Located in meat dept.)

Sauce: 1-16 oz. box spaghetti
2 Tbsp. oil
1 med. Onion (chopped)
1 tsp. minced garlic (1-2 cloves fresh garlic
1-28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
½ tsp. each salt & pepper
1-2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp sugar

Bake the meatballs in pre-heated oven at suggested temperature for about 20-25 minutes.

Cook spaghetti per package directions. Preheat oil in skillet, add onion and saute’ with salt & pepper. Add garlic and dried Italian seasoning stir to combine. Add the crusted tomatoes, tomato sauce, and sugar stir to combine. Place the baked meatballs into sauce. Cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Once sauce has simmered for 10-15 minutes, sprinkle about ½ cup of grated parmesan and mozzarella blend cheese mix into sauce. To serve: Top cooked pasta with sauce and meatballs. Top with more grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese blend.
