1 TBSP. CHILI POWDER
2 TSP GROUND CUMIN

COMBINE SPICES AND LIBERALLY COAT MEAT ON BOTH SIDES. LET MEAT “MARINATE” FOR NO LESS THAN 20 MINUTES BUT UP TO OVERNIGHT. HEAT A GRILL PAN OR A LARGE SKILLET. ADD A LITTLE OIL AND COOK STEAK TO YOUR DESIRED DONENESS. LET REST 5 MINUTES AND SLICE AGAINST GRAIN INTO STRIPS BEFORE SERVING. SERVE WITH SALUTED PEPPERS AND ONIONS, WARMED TORTILLAS AND YOUR FAVORITE TOPPINGS
