1 PORK TENDERLOIN, BOTH HALVES

1 C POMEGRANATE JUICE (PURE JUICE)

2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED

1 ½ TBSP FRESH ROSEMARY, CHOPPED

2 TBSP BUTTER


     MIX JUICE, GARLIC AND ROSEMARY IN A LARGE ZIP LOCK BAG. ADD PORK TENDERLOIN. MARINATE PORK FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR OR UP TO 4 HOURS. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425. REMOVE PORK FROM MARINADE AND PLACE ON A LINED BAKING SHEET. RESERVE MARINADE. ROAST PORK FOR 30 MINUTES. WHILE PORK IS ROASTING, BOIL REMAINING MARINADE FOR 5 MINUTES THEN STIR IN BUTTER. SLICE PORK, POUR SAUCE OVER, AND SERVE.
