1 prepared pound cake
1 pint strawberries
¼ cup coconut
Sauce:
½ cup white chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. half & half
Cut the pound cake into cubes. Alternate the pound cake cubes with strawberries on a wooden skewer. Place skewers onto a platter. Place the white chocolate chips and half and half into a microwave safe dish and cook for 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Stir well and drizzle over skewers.
