2 prepared cheese balls or you can make your own
4 different colors of crackers for feathers
1 black olive sliced for eyes
1 sliver of red pepper or pimento for gobbler
Place the cheeseballs onto a platter. With your hands, shape one of the cheeseballs into a head with a neck. Next, start lining the crackers around and slightly under the cheeseball for the feathers. ( I started with lighter colored crackers) Place the black olives for the eyes and the red pepper for the gobbler.
