STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM

2 cups Pecan Shortbread Cookies (crushed)
1 container of whipped topping (thawed)
¼ cup white chocolate (chopped)
2 cups of fresh strawberries (diced)
1-2 Tbsp. chocolate coffee flavored syrup (optional)

In bowl combine the shortbread cookie crumbs, strawberries, white chocolate, and chocolate coffee flavored syrup with the thawed whipped topping. Serve in individual serving dishes and top with fanned strawberries and shaved white chocolate.
