1 SMALL RED PEPPER, CUT INTO STRIPS
4 TANGERINES
½ C POMEGRANATE FLAVORED DRIED CRANBERRIES
¼ C SLICED ALMONDS
COMBINE ALL OF THE ABOVE. ADD DRESSING JUST BEFORE SERVING
DRESSING:
½ C EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1/3 C ORANGE JUICE
ZEST AND JUICE OF 1 LEMON
½ TSP SALT
2 TSP SUGAR
2 TBSP. MINCED FRESH PARSLEY
1 TBSP. DRIED TARRAGON OR 2 TBSP. FRESH MINCED TARRAGON
COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO SALAD JUST BEFORE SERVING.
