2 PINTS CHERRY TOMATOES
1 TSP. DRIED THYME
½ TSP PEPPER
1 TSP SALT
ZEST AND JUICE OF 1 LEMON
2 TSP OLIVE OIL
PINCH RED PEPPER FLAKES (OR CAYENNE PEPPER)
PREHEAT OVEN TO 475. COMBINE ALL AND SPREAD EVENLY ON A LINED BAKING SHEET. ROAST FOR 10-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOMATOES ARE JUST STARTING TO SOFTEN.
