1 BUNCH FRESH BROCCOLI, CUT INTO SPEARS
3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
¼ C GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
½ TSP PED PEPPER FLAKES
1 TSP DRIED OREGANO
ZEST AND JUICE OF 1 LEMON
1 TSP SALT
½ TSP PEPPER
MIX ALL EXCEPT CHEESE TOGETHER AND SPREAD ONTO A LINED BAKING SHEET. ROAST AT 425 FOR 20 MINUTES AND SPRINKLE CHEESE OVER TOP OF BROCOLLI. BROIL 2-3 MINUTES
