½ C BUTTER
ZEST AND JUICE OF 2 LIMES
1 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
MIX BUTTER, LIME JUICE AND ZEST AND CAYENNE. PLACE AN EAR OF CORN ON A FOIL SHEET. EVENLY DIVIDE BUTTER MIXTURE BETWEEN ALL EARS OF CORN. ROLL CORN UP IN FOIL. ROAST IN A 425 DEGREE OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES. CAN ADD SALT IF DESIRED.
