1 Bag of fresh Brussel sprouts
4-6 slices of bacon (diced)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Trim the bottoms of the Brussel sprouts off. Once water is at a boil add the Brussel sprouts and blanch for 3-4 minutes. Once the Brussel sprouts are blanched, remove from water. Preheat a skillet and cook the bacon until crispy. Once bacon is cooked add bacon and drippings to the Brussel sprouts and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and pour the Brussel sprouts onto pan and spread into an even layer. Roast in a 400-425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
