1-head of broccoli (chopped)
1 can of stewed tomatoes (diced)
2 Tbsp. of olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
¼ – ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop the broccoli and drizzle with the olive oil. Chop the stewed tomatoes into bite size pieces and place on top of the broccoli. Toss to combine. Spread ingredients into a single layer on sheet pan. Sprinkle salt & pepper over top. Then sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top. (Use as little or as much cheese as you like) Roast for 20-25 minutes until broccoli is tender.
