1 large bag of collard greens and kale (pre-washed)
4-5 slices of bacon (cooked with drippings)
2 cups water
Salt

Remove all large stems from greens. Place into a pressure cooker. Put bacon with drippings into greens. Add two cups water and salt to taste. Place lid on pressure cooker and be sure that it is locked. Once pressure cooker has reached raised pressure start the cooking time. (do not start time until pressure is reached). Cook greens for 15 minutes. Do not open lid on pressure cooker until all pressure has been released.
