Salad:
1 bunch of green lettuce of your choice
1 cucumber (diced)
3-4 radishes (diced)
Dressing:
1 lemon
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. course Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt & pepper
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup of virgin olive oil
Place lettuce, cucumber, and radishes on plate or in bowl. In a separate bowl, juice the lemon add the dried oregano, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and olive oil and mix well to combine. Drizzle over the salad.
