1- lb. Cavatappi Pasta
1 jar marinara sauce
1 jar Alfredo sauce
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 cups Italian cheese blend (shredded)
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions to just al dente’. In separate pot, combine the marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, and ricotta cheese. Heat until the ricotta is melted. Once ricotta is melted and combined with sauces, add 1 cup Italian blend cheese and ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese and continue to heat until all cheese is melted and combined with sauce. Add pasta to sauce; stir to combine and pour into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and top with black pepper. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
