1 TBSP. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
¼ C ORANGE JUICE, ZEST ALSO IF USING FRESH ORANGES
¼ TSP PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
TOSS IN:
1 ACORN SQUASH, CUT INTO SLICES ½ INCH THICK
2 LARGE SWEET POTATOES, PEELED AND CUT INTO CHUNKS
PLACE MIXTURE ON A LINED SHEET PAN AND ROAST 25 MINUTES AT 425.
6 PORK CHOPS, YOUR FAVORITE CUT.
SALT & PEPPER
1 TBSP. VEGETABLE OIL
HEAT SKILLET OVER MED-HIGH HEAT. PAT CHOPS DRY WITH PAPER TOWELS AND SPRINKLE WITH SALE AND PEPPER. ADD OIL TO PAN AND BROWN CHOPS ON BOTH SIDES. POUR IN THE FOLLOWING MIXTURE AND LET SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES OR SO OR UNTIL GLAZE THICKENS.

¼ C PACKED BROWN SUGAR
4 TBSP. BUTTER, CUT INTO PIECES
¼ TSP CINNAMON
1/8 TSP GROUND NUTMEG
¼ C APPLE CIDER
2 TSP HONEY
