2 lb. ground pork 1-1/2 tsp. dark toasted sesame oil
2 Tbsp. ground ginger 1/3 cup soy sauce
1-2 Tbsp. minced garlic 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 bag of slaw mix
½ carrot (shredded)
1 can bean sprouts
In a skillet, add olive oil and ground pork. Cook pork until almost done. Once pork is cooked, add ginger, minced garlic and stir to combine. Add slaw mix, carrot, and bean sprouts, stir to combine. (Slaw mix will shrink once it starts to cook). Add in the sesame oil and soy sauce, stir to combine with everything in skillet and cook until veggies are tender but still have a crunch to them.
