3-4 pound chuck roast
1 – pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 – 15 oz. can beef broth
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bring roast to room temperature before beginning to cook. Sprinkle roast with Kosher salt and black pepper and place in crock pot. Once roast is in crock pot, sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top and pour the beef broth over roast. Place lid on crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
