½ – Semi-Boneless Ham
½ – cup Light Brown Sugar
1 – can pineapple chunks
¼ cup honey
Unwrap ham and remove the paper covering. Cut off any large pockets of fat if desired. Score ham with approximately ¼” deep cuts. Place ham in crockpot. Press brown sugar over entire ham. Pour the pineapple chunks around the sides of ham (do not pour over ham). Drizzle the honey all over the brown sugar on ham. Place lid on crockpot and cook ham for six hours on low setting.
