¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ cup mayonnaise
1 package dried Italian dressing mix
Blend all ingredients in a blender until combined completely. Serve over salad greens.
