1 – bag of mixed baby greens or arugula
½ – cup dried cranberries
½ – cup walnuts
½ – cup blue cheese crumbles (can use cheese of your choice)
2 – Bosc pears (diced)
1 bottle Raspberry Vinaigrette
Place greens in a large bowl and top with the dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, pears, and cheese crumbles. For this recipe, I used the bottled Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing.
