2 cups water
1 box of couscous
2 Tbsp butter
1 box frozen spinach (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
½ cup 4 cheese blend
1 Tbsp oil
Salt
Bring two cups of water to boil and pour over the couscous. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. In heated skillet put 1 Tbsp. oil and butter and saute’ onion and spinach. Once couscous is cooked fluff with a fork and add the onion spinach mixture and stir to combine. Add the 4 cheese blend and stir once again.
