3 – small head of fresh broccoli
2 – Tbsp. of olive oil
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 – tsp. dried oregano
½ – tsp. red pepper flakes
1 – lemon (zest & juice)
¼ – cup of Parmesan cheese (or cheese of your choice)
First cut broccoli into spears and place on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. of olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Zest lemon then cut in half and squeeze juice over broccoli. Sprinkle with ¼ tsp. of red pepper flakes. Toss to make sure all ingredients are mixed throughout. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove broccoli from over and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and place back in over for additional 5 minutes or so until cheese is melted
