2 β 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese (softened)
ΒΌ – green bell pepper
1 β small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 β cup pecans (chopped)
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cut a piece of wax paper or plastic wrap and pour mixed ingredients onto wax paper and fold over to form a ball. Once ball has been formed, press pecans all around the cheese ball and place in refrigerator for an hour or so before serving.
