1 small rotisserie chicken (skin removed and diced into bite size pieces)
1 prepared pizza crust
½ cup barbeque sauce
½ – ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. bleu cheese crumbles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the barbeque sauce with the buffalo wing sauce. Once sauce is combined, add diced chicken to the sauce and stir to make sure all chicken is coated with the sauce. Pour the chicken and sauce onto the prepared pizza crust and spread evenly over crust. Top with the Monterey Jack and bleu cheese crumbles. Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes.
