SCRUB POTATOES, DO NOT PEEL. PLACE IN A SAUCEPAN AND COVER WITH COLD WATER. BRING TO A BOIL. COOK FOR 20-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN AND ADD SALT AND BUTTER. SERVE.
