4 TBSP. BUTTER
3 MEDIUM APPLES, PEELED AND DICED
2 TSP CINNAMON OR APPLE PIE SPICE (DIVIDED)
3 TBSP. PACKED BROWN SUGAR (DIVIDED)
1 CAN OF 10 BISCUITS, RAW, EACH ONE CUT INTO 6-8 PIECES
½ C HALF-AND –HALF
1 EGG YOLK
½ C SALTED CARAMEL ICE CREAM TOPPING (OR ANY FLAVOR YOU DESIRE)
½ C POWDERED SUGAR
2-3 TBSP. MILK

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE OVENPROOF SKILLET. ADD APPLES, 1 TSP CINNAMON AND 2 TBSP. BROWN SUGAR TO BUTTER AND SAUTÉ FOR 3-5 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUST SOFT. STIR IN BISCUITS. IN A SEPARATE BOWL MIX TOGETHER HALF-AND-HALF, EGG YOLK, 1 TBSP. BROWN SUGAR, AND 1 TSP CINNAMON. POUR THIS MIXTURE OVER APPLE MIXTURE. MAKE SURE MIXTURE IS PRESSED EVENLY AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES. WHEN DONE, REMOVE FROM OVEN AND DRIZZLE WITH CARAMEL SAUCE. MIX POWDERED SUGAR AND MILK TO MAKE A GLAZE AND POUR OVER CARAMEL. SERVE WARM OR ROOM TEMPERATURE. GREAT SERVED WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM!
