1 head of red cabbage (cored & shredded)
1 granny smith apple (cored & diced)
4-5 strips of bacon (cut into small pieces)
Salt & pepper to taste
ΒΌ cup apple cider vinegar
Preheat skillet and cook bacon until slightly browned. Add cabbage and apple to bacon. Stir to combine. Add salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar and stir to combine. Turn heat to low and allow to simmer for approximately 20 minutes or so until cabbage is as tender as you like.
