Margherita Pizza
Pre-made pizza crust
Fresh mozzarella (sliced)
Roma tomatoes (sliced)
Fresh basil (sliced)
Ground pepper & salt to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Placed sliced mozzarella on each pre-made crust, then place the sliced tomatoes over the cheese. Slice the basil over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle the olive oil over the top and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted, tomatoes are slightly roasted and basil is wilted.
Quick Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza
Whole wheat tortillas
Jarred pizza sauce
Sliced pepperoni
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Pepper & salt to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spoon pizza sauce over each tortilla and spread toward the edges. Pepper and salt before adding the pepperoni. Layer the pepperoni over the sauce and top with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake until cheese is completely melted.
Quick Ham & Cheese Pizza
Pita bread (cut in half)
Sun-dried tomato pesto
Deli-ham (sliced)
Deli-Swiss cheese (sliced)
Ground pepper
Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread sun-dried tomato pesto over pita bread. Place the sliced ham over the pesto, then top with sliced cheese, pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake until cheese is melted.

Marscapone Cheese
Jarred basil pesto
Prosciutto
Jarred roasted red peppers
Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread the Marscapone cheese over the Naan bread. Spoon the jarred basil pesto over the cheese. Slice the prosciutto and layer over the pesto and cheese. Top with the roasted red peppers. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
