1 – 5lb. bag of potatoes
1 – container chive and onion cream cheese
½ stick of butter
1 – can evaporated milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
Peel and cube potatoes and place in pan of cold water (do not season yet). Bring to boil and cook until fork tender. Once potatoes have finished cooking, drain and place in bowl. Now season potatoes with salt and pepper (as much or little as you like). Combine potatoes with chive and onion cream cheese and butter and start with about ½ of the evaporated milk and mix with a hand mixer (add more evaporated milk if needed to reach consistency you like. I usually use about ¾ of the can.)
