6-pre-made tartlet shells
1 box coconut cream pudding
1-1/2 cups milk
½ cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 block dark chocolate
Mix pudding and milk until well blended. Once pudding has started thickening, pour pudding evenly into the tartlet shells. Sprinkle each tartlet with the coconut flakes. Grate the chocolate over each tartlet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
