½ HEAD ICEBERG LETTUCE, CHOPPED
1 C CHERRY TOMATOES
2 C CHICKEN, COOKED AND SHREDDED

COMBINE THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL. TOP WITH THE DRESSING WHEN READY TO SERVE.

DRESSING:
½ C MAYONNAISE
1 TBSP. COARSE GRAINED MUSTARD
1 TSP SALT
½ TSP PEPPER
5 DASHED HOT SAUCE

COMBINE THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS TILL COMBINED. SERVE OVER SALAD.
