1 container mixed greens
1 head romaine lettuce (chopped)
2 ribs celery (diced)
2 carrots (sliced)
1 can of chickpeas (drained)
1 cucumber (sliced)
½ cup Kalamata olives (diced)
½ pepperoncini peppers (diced)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Top with dressing of your choice. Serve
