1 LB. SKIRT STEAK OR FLANK STEAK
2 TBSP. CREOLE SEASONING
2 TSP CANOLA OIL
2 TBSP. BUTTER
1 C SHREDDED COLBY CHEESE
4 HOAGIE/CHEESESTEAK BREAD
SLICE STEAK VERY THIN ACROSS THE GRAIN OF THE MEAT. SPRINKLE WITH THE SEASONING BLEND. HEAT THE OIL IN A LARGE SKILLET. ADD ½ OF THE MEAT AND COOK 4-5 MINUTES. REMOVE COOKED STEAK TO A BOWL AND COOK THE REMAINING BEEF. ADD THE FIRST BATCH OF BEEF BACK TO THE PAN AND ADD THE BUTTER. COOK FOR 1 MINUTE. SERVE WITH TOASTED BUNS AND CHEESE.
