BREAKFAST CHEESEBALL

1- 8 oz. block of cream cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
½ cup dried cranberries
2-3 Tbsp. candied ginger
Pinch of salt
½ cup crushed walnuts

In mixer bowl, mix all ingredients and combine till well mixed. Pour mixture onto platter and cover with a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Serve with crackers soft or may be made ahead and refrigerated
