12 EGGS
4 TBSP MAYONNAISE
1 TBSP MUSTARD
2 TSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 TSP SALT
½ TSP PEPPER
PAPRIKA TO GARNISH


     PLACE EGGS IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN AND COVER WITH COLD WATER. BRING TO A BOIL AND REDUCE HEAT TO SIMMER. SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES FOR LARGE EGGS. RUN UNDER COLD RUNNING EATER AND THEN PEEL EGGS. CUT EGGS IN HALF HORIZONTALLY AND PLACE YOLKS IN A SEPARATE BOWL. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS TO THE YOLKS AND STIR TO COMBINE. SPOON FILLING BACK INTO THE EGG WHITE HALVES AND SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA IF DESIRED. SERVE.
